ABOUT THE ROLE

Faber’s operations team is responsible for driving enormous growth in the business. We pride ourselves on setting unreasonable goals and have a ton of fun achieving them together.

As a Support Specialist at Faber, you will:

  • Be the first point of contact for both sides of our marketplace
  • Have to deal with and solve real-world situations in real-time
  • Ensure all requests for help get addressed as close to instantly as possible
  • Be the owner and DRI for our in-app support channel (Intercom)
  • Properly assign and send issues to the correct Faber Rep to handle the situation
  • Create a sense of extreme reliability throughout our gig workforce through your timely responses and prompt conflict resolution
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
  • Have a strong desire to solve problems and resolve real-time issues
  • Organization is key for this role - We are looking for someone who takes pride in their ability to stay organized even in times of chaos
  • Proficient with Google Sheets
  • Previous Customer Service or Support type of job history
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • Previous use of Intercom (or another customer service software) a huge bonus
  • Ability to take & make greater than 75 calls a day, if needed
