  • How do I sign up?
    • Go to the app store and search ‘Faber connect’
    • Tap on ‘Faber Connect - Get Workers’
    • Tap ‘Install’
    • Once the app is installed, tap ‘Open’
    • Select ‘Sign up’
    • Enter your information into the fields or boxes, then tap ‘Sign up’
    • Enter the confirmation code that was texted to you, then tap ‘Confirm’
    • After viewing terms & agreement, tap ‘Accept’
    • Enter your company name, then tap ‘Next’
    • Tap any of the titles that represents your company and tap save
    • Finally, tap ‘Create project’ or ‘Skip project creation’ to complete sign up
  • How do I request a worker?
    • Once you have the app open (if logged out, tap the Faber Connect app on your phone screen, tap the log in button and enter your email & password)
    • If you are not in the ‘Project’ section of the app, tap the Project button (hammer icon) in the bottom left corner of the screen
    • Tap the green ‘REQUEST WORKERS’ button in the top right corner of the screen
    • Tap ‘Create Project’
    • Enter project name and address, then tap the ‘Next’ button in the bottom right corner
  • What happens after I make a request?
    • Your request will be sent to nearby workers who fit the criteria
    • They will receive a notification and are able to view the job details
    • If a worker applies for the job, you will receive a notification titled ‘Worker Response’
  • How do I view workers who have applied to my request?
    • In the app, tab the Projects button in the bottom left corner
    • Tap on the project you’ve created
    • Under ‘Pending Requests’, tap the project you’ve created
    • View the workers who have applied under ‘Interested Workers’
  • How do I view a workers profile?
    • In the app, tab the Projects button in the bottom left corner
    • Tap on the project you’ve created
    • Under ‘Pending Requests’, tap the project you’ve created
    • View the workers who have applied under ‘Interested Workers’
    • Tap the ‘View’ button to view their profile
  • How do I accept a worker?
    • In the app, tap the Projects button (hammer icon) in the bottom left corner
    • Tap on the project you’ve created
    • Under ‘Pending Requests’, tap the project you’ve created
    • View the workers who have applied under ‘Interested Workers’
    • Tap the ‘Approve’ button for the worker you wish to accept
    • In the confirmation alert, tap ‘Approve’ once more to confirm
    • The worker you’ve selected will receive a notification and you should receive a call from them once they confirm your job offer
  • How do I log a ‘no show’ if a worker doesn’t show up?
    • In the app, tab the Projects button in the bottom left corner
    • Tap on the project you’ve created
    • Under ‘Workers’, find the worker who did not show up and tap the ‘No Show’ button
  • How do I get a replacement worker?
    • After you’ve removed or have logged a ‘no show’ for a worker, a form titled ‘Request Another Worker’ will pop up
    • Fill out the form and tap ‘Yes, Send Request’
  • How do I remove a worker?
    • In the app, tab the Projects button (hammer icon) in the bottom left corner
    • Tap on the project you’ve created
    • Under ‘Workers’, tap on the worker you wish to remove
    • Tap the ‘Remove’ button in the bottom left corner
    • Tap ‘Remove’ in the alert to confirm
    • Select the reason for removing the worker
  • How do I view worker hours?
    • In the app, tap the ‘Notification’ button (bell icon) in the bottom bar
    • Find the worker who have submitted their hours
    • Tap 'Edit' under their name for details
  • How do I approve worker hours?
    • Tap the ‘Notification’ button (bell icon)
    • Find the worker who have submitted their hours and tap the ‘Approve’ button underneath
    • Tap ‘Approve All’ in the alert
  • How do I edit worker hours?
    • In the app, tap the ‘Notification’ button (bell icon)
    • Find the worker who have submitted their hours and tap the ‘Edit’ button underneath
    • In the ‘Approved’ column, tap the Edit button (pencil icon)
    • Make required changes and press ‘Save’
  • How do I delay a start date?
    • In the app, tap the Projects button (hammer icon) in the bottom left corner
    • Under ‘Workers’, you should see the worker(s) that you’ve approved for your project
    • Tap ‘Delay Start Date’
    • Select a new start date and press ‘Save’
    • You should see an alert message titled ‘Start date delayed’
  • How do I extend a worker?
    • In the app, tab the Projects button (hammer icon) in the bottom left corner
    • Tap on the project you’ve created
    • Under ‘Workers’, find the worker you wish to extend and tap the ‘Extend’ button
    • Complete the extend request and tap ‘Save’
  • How do I rate a worker?
    • In the app, tap the ‘Notification’ button (bell icon)
    • Under ‘How did these workers do?’, tap the ‘Rate’ button beside the name of a worker you wish to rate
    • Complete the rating form and tap ‘Submit Review’
